So cute - Alex telling about his Squirrel Encounter
Corey was outside trying to patch some holes from squirrels when one was scared out of it's hole and ran down the front of the house.
Alex was standing at the front door with the screen door open. The Squirrel headed straight for him. Daddy yelled to Alex to close the door but it was too late - the squirrel jumped over Alex's head and into the house.
That was fun - trying to get it out. A halfhour later it was finally flushed out the side door and it scurried off to the shed.
Boy is that squirrel going to have a tale to tell his or her friends. :)
Alex is so adorable.
He also knows his letters and can count to 10... we are NOT proud of him or anything - yeah right!!!!!!!!

Today we ate for lunch sweet potatoes with Almond Butter, Glutino Rice crackers, goat cheese, Hummus, and water. Kelly said she felt so cultured.... (We are on a strict Gluten-free diet).

Still a baby
I'm tempted to start thinking of Alex as a little boy even though he is only 17 months. But then, pictures like this remind me that he is still so little.

Alex really enjoys playing in the water and we went back to the river one afternoon with some friends from TFC. Lots of people were getting in here with their kayaks. It was a fun afternoon.
